Refund policy
All requests for refunds/returns must be made via email to prettyrinditon@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of confirmation of package delivery.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s), a return/refund may be offered under the following conditions only:
1. The item(s) must not be worn and the lace must not be cut. It must be returned in its original condition (not washed, not combed, not cut, etc.) with the original packaging and labels.
2. There must be a visible defective flaw with the product at the time that you received the product(s).
3. After receiving an email response from us, you must ship the item(s) within 2 business days to the address provided. A tracking number and confirmation of delivery will be required prior to a refund being issued.
4. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the purchased item(s).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
